Chime • Senior Visual Designer
June 2018-Current

  • Worked closely with Head of Design to create an inclusive and accessible brand identity.

  • Direct junior to mid-level designers within the team in developing Chime's brand, branded marketing material and managing projects in cross functioning teams/departments.

  • Created compelling visual marketing materials and assets to promote beneficial banking features against challenging banks/fintech competitors.

  • Taking lead in performance marketing design- uplifting data in user enrollments and direct deposits quarterly through weekly.

  • A/B testing in social media sponsored advertisements. (11% lift in CVR and CTR).

  • Assisted Product Lead designer on building in-house design system for designers to speed the process of production work efficiently.

  • In-house illustrations used in-app product features and front facing marketing material.
